May 2007 - Kirtland, Ohio

When we left Philadelphia, we took my dad with us so he could enjoy some church history sites. We enjoyed touring Kirtland, Ohio together. It was fun to watch dad as he saw these places he's been reading about for years. We dropped dad off at the Cleveland Airport, but on the way the car in front of us flipped something at our car. It ended up cracking our front bumper, causing it to drag on the road. We pulled over and I found some duct tape and scissors. After about 30 minutes of calling our insurance and duct taping our front bumper, we drove off with time to spare. We look forward to that $500.00 deductible we'll need to pay to get that fixed! Kirtland ended up costing a lot more than anticipated, but it was well worth it.
